The Cabinet meeting on Monday appointed Santosh Narayan Shrestha as the new Chairman of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
Shrestha brings a wealth of professional experience, having previously served as a board member of the Nepal Electricity Authority. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies (MBS).
The chairman’s position at SEBON had been vacant since Poush 20, 2080. Shrestha’s appointment is expected to enhance the board’s leadership and operational effectiveness moving forward.
